Google’s Pixel phones already have instant tethering with the Pixelbook. Now, Google is adding what’s called “Continue Reading” to Chromebooks, which allows Chrome OS users to pick up where they left off on mobile devices.
Chrome Story was able to get the test feature working on a Chromebook and it looks pretty straightforward. The “Continue Reading” link appears to show up in the launcher on Chrome OS and we can only assume the same would work on mobile. Keep in mind, that this is in Canary channel only for now (under flag chrome://flags/#enable-continue-reading) which means it’s in testing and is not stable.
