The At A Glance widget on Pixel phones and as a widget through the Google app is a nifty and minimal tool that displays the date, your current location’s weather, and (sometimes) notifies you of traffic updates. However, since about last Friday, I and many other users on the beta for the Google app noticed that the weather part went missing.
The issue seems to have arrived with v9.0.2 beta, and a new beta update (v9.0.3) got pushed out today, however, even after installing the latest version, restarting my device, and force closing the Google app, the weather still doesn’t show on my lock screen or At A Glance widget.
Reports are fairly widespread, so it’s likely the Google app devs are on it already. If you absolutely can’t stand not having the weather easily accessible any longer, you can unenroll from the beta through the Play Store and sideload any pre-9.0 version from APKMirror.
