Google is holding a press event at the Game Developers Conference next month

Today, The Verge and several other members of the media received invites from Google to attend a keynote at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco on March 19th (12 PM/CT). The cryptic invite simply said that “all [would] be revealed” and included the following GIF:

Speculation points to Project Stream, which let Chrome users stream PC-style games through their browser before the testing period ended last month. It’s likely that Google either has more details to share about the service or is, in fact, ready to launch it to the general public.
