Despite its recent price hike to $50/month, YouTube TV is still one of the best streaming TV services out there. Yesterday, YouTube announced that they will be adding two more channels to the existing lineup later this year: PBS and PBS Kids.
We are excited to announce that a new network will be coming to the YouTube TV lineup later this year: @PBS and @PBSKIDS. Welcome to the family! 👏👏👏 pic.twitter.com/AaatKyl0tU

PBS features documentary and news shows like NewsHour, Nova, and Finding Your Roots while PBS Kids is best known for its iconic animated series like Sesame Street, Arthur, and Curious George.
The stream will be a feed of your participating local PBS station. Theoretically, this shouldn’t bring a price increase to YouTube TV as PBS cannot charge a retransmission fee by law. In other words, PBS stations are non-commercial.
