OnePlus 2 not getting Nougat: what’s next for their current lineup?
OnePlus announced a few days ago that both the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T will be receiving the Android O update, as confirmed by CEO Pete Lau on Twitter. And with the OnePlus 5 hype train currently marching forward, the Chinese-based company has confirmed that their 2015 flagship, the OnePlus 2, will not be getting the (previously promised) Android 7.0 Nougat update.

[Finally] Nexus 6 receives official Android 7.0 Nougat
Android 7.0 Nougat officially was released exactly 6 weeks ago to a number of Nexus devices. Those included the Nexus 5X, 9 (WiFi), and several others. A little while after that, Google tweeted that the Nexus 6 and 9 (LTE) would be receiving Nougat updates “in the coming weeks.” After three weeks since that statement, Android 7.0 Nougat is finally rolling out to Nexus 6 owners.
