[Update: Patch rolling out] Several phones plagued by spontaneous app crashes, here’s how to fix them

Many users have been complaining about how their phones have been plagued by random app crashes this afternoon, particularly those who own more recent Samsung flagship and mid-range smartphones. Other phones such as the Google Pixel and OnePlus phones seem to be also affected albeit not as heavily. It’s been a cause of headaches for hundreds of users so far, with seemingly no particular reason.

[Update: Fixed] NBA 2K21 players on Stadia are essentially being scammed by 2K

When it comes to basketball video games, 2K and its NBA 2K series are pretty much the only option out there, and, with that, you’ve either got to put up with all of its pros and cons or just vote with your wallet and simply not buy it. For NBA 2K21 on Google Stadia, the latter is definitely what I would recommend.

As a longtime Windows user, I made the switch to Chrome OS: How does it fare?

I’m a Google fan, but there has always been one product that I’ve been hesitant to try: Chrome OS, Google’s desktop operating system that powers all Chromebooks on the market. If you’ve ever heard anything about Chromebooks, chances are that you’ve heard the stereotype that it’s just a “glorified web browser.” I’ve been following Chrome OS for years and I know that there is so much more to it now—Android apps, Linux support, etc. But I never actually ditched Windows and exclusively used a Chromebook as my only laptop—until now.

Love it, hate it, ignore it… the notch is here and the Pixel 3 XL’s notch is an absolute unit. Unfortunately, some Pixel 3 XL users are occasionally greeted by another notch on the side, often when auto-rotation is enabled. In other words, a bug seems to be causing notches to appear on the sides of some Pixel 3 XL devices.

Xiaomi Poco F1 MIUI Bug Watch

I recently purchased the Xiaomi Poco F1, and I intend to use this device for the long-term. I am not a big fan of MIUI, and I come from Nitrogen OS, which is a custom ROM. When Xiaomi decided to open up a sub-brand, everyone thought it would be like OnePlus—a sub-brand of Oppo which runs their own ROM, Oxygen OS, which is stock Android with certain added features on top. This was a given, considering how Xiaomi said it would focus on speed.

[Update: Fixed by Yahoo] Here’s how to easily fix the Yahoo Answers “infinite scroll” bug in Chrome

A little over a week ago, we brought attention to the “infinite scroll” bug on Yahoo Answers where, if using Chrome, answers would fly straight down the page before you could even glance at them. After being a known bug for nearly two years now and Yahoo not bothering to do anything whatsoever about it, I’ve scavenged the internet and finally found a simple solution to this mess.
