Google Photos can store all your photos in full resolution in the cloud. It can end up using a lot of data if you’re not careful, though. Currently, it lets you pick between two backup modes: original quality and high quality. However, for Indian users, Google will roll out a new backup mode called “express.”

Just today, Google began rolling out an update to Chrome which brought Material Theme to its browser, and previously, updates to Android Messages, Phone, Contacts, and Duo also added Material Theme. And now, Google Photos is added to the bunch.
The “sharing” tab debuted on the Google Photos web and app at Google I/O in 2017. Since then, the Google Photos app automatically recognizes saved faces and will ask you to identify and share the pictures that you took. The ones that you tagged already are identified automatically.
However, we have noticed that if you cancel a share midway on the Google Photos web version, Google asks you why you canceled it, asking for feedback.
