Google I/O 2018: Live Stream, start time, and how to watch

It’s that time of the year again, and Google’s annual developer conference, Google I/O, is here.

WHEN: The full I/O event lasts from May 8th to May 10th, but the Keynote begins Tuesday, May 8th at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. ET, 6 p.m. UK, and 4 a.m. (Wednesday) Sydney. You can see the start time in your time zone here.

WHERE: Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Android P, likely a second developer preview
  • Advancements to Google Assistant
  • “Material Design 2,” possibly Google’s new design language
  • Improvements to Android TV, Android Auto, and Wear OS
  • Possible Google Play Music replacement with YouTube Music
