Google uses public information from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard and Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) to source this data. Google has also worked with education researchers, high school counselors, and admissions professionals enhance the experience.
While Google makes it easier for you to get information on a college, your search doesn’t end here. Google does, however, include the average SAT/ACT scores for colleges, but they don’t include admission details and GPA requirements. You’ll still have to scour the college’s website for detailed information.
